There is an ongoing issue with certain Commonwealth Bank ATMs where users are experiencing difficulties when withdrawing from their Swag Spend account via their Swag Spend Visa debit card. The issue means that funds are deducted, but no cash is dispensed.
This issue affects only a small number of Commonwealth Bank ATMs and only intermittently affects Swag Visa Debit cards. Commonwealth Bank and Visa are working to resolve this issue.
As a temporary solution, we strongly advise you not to use Commonwealth Bank ATMs until further notice, as if an error occurs, recovering your funds from Commonwealth Bank can take up to two weeks.
The support team has been processing requested chargebacks for all users who have experienced this issue.
