To access help centre articles, report a bug in Swag, or share your feedback about Swag, please follow the below instructions.

Access the Swag help centre

Log into your Swag app.
From your Swag dashboard, tap on your profile photo or initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Scroll down to Need help?
Tap on Swag Help Centre.
This will open a browser in-app displaying the Swag help centre.
In the search bar, type your search query.
Tap Search.

Report a bug in Swag

Log into your Swag app.
From your Swag dashboard, tap on your profile photo or initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Scroll down to Need help?
Tap on Report a bug.
Add the following details:
- Feature
- I am an...
- Topic
- Description
Tap Submit.

Share your feedback about Swag

Log into your Swag app.
From your Swag dashboard, tap on your profile photo or initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Scroll down to Need help?
Tap on Share your feedback.
If yes, tap on Yes.
You will be asked to rate Swag in the app store. Tap on Rate it now to be redirected to the app store.
If no, tap on No.
Add your feedback, then tap Submit.

Onboard with Swag You can onboard with Swag, Employment Hero's super app.
Access Swag with a passwordless link (magic link) If you forget your Swag password, you do not have to reset it straight away if you can access a magic link.
