Swag App rebrand to Employment Hero Work

From 13 January 2025, the Swag by Employment Hero app will officially become Employment Hero Work (EH Work). This change reflects our commitment to simplifying your experience and bringing everything under the trusted Employment Hero name.

  Why is Swag being rebranded to Employment Hero Work?  

We’re committed to streamlining and simplifying your experience. Uniting under one Employment Hero brand is key to building recognition and ensuring a clear, consistent understanding of our offering for employers, employees, partners, and job seekers.

  How do users log into the app?  

Users will be able to log into the app using their existing WorkZone credentials. The only change for users would be logging into Swag instead of WorkZone.

  When will Swag be rebranded to Employment Hero Work?  

The rebrand will occur on 13 January 2025.

  What will change for admins?  

The name and branding of the Swag app and the name, branding and URL of Swag Jobs will change. As part of this change, you’ll notice that employee web resources and your careers page, if you use one, will move from swagapp.com to employmenthero.com. URL redirects will be in place, and you can find your new URL in Recruitment Settings, in the HR platform. All logins and functionality will remain the same

  What will change for my team?  

The name and branding of the employee app will change. All logins and functionality will remain the same. If your team wants to download Employment Hero Work they will need to search for Employment Hero Work, not Swag.

  What action is required from me?  

No actions are required for the change to occur. We recommend informing your team of the upcoming change to minimise any possible disruption. We will also be notifying them of the change in app, via email and in the Employment Hero platform. It may be worth reviewing your onboarding materials, as anywhere you indicate that the team should download Swag should have the name changed.

  Should I tell my employees about this?  

Yes! Please inform your employees of the upcoming change. Don’t worry, we won’t leave it all to you though - we’ll be informing them in app regularly up until the switch over. .

  Will my login/my teams’ logins change?  

No, all logins will remain the same. Your Swag login will enable you to access EH Work.

  How can my new employees find Employment Hero Work?   

EH Work can be found in the App Store and Play Store by searching Employment Hero Work or EH Work. All communications to your team in which we’ve mentioned Swag before will remain in place, but the name will be changed in these communication

  What will happen to the Swag Jobs jobs board?  

Swag Jobs will also be rebranded to Employment Hero. All functionality will remain the same, all pages and posts will remain live, but domains will be changed to employmenthero.com. Redirects will be in place to ensure all job posts and careers pages experience no down time, and all public facing links will still work.
