How do I set up earned wage access (InstaPay)?

Important

InstaPay is rebranding to earned pay access. You may see both names used over the next couple of weeks as we change the name in the app and online.

earned pay access amounts are limited to 50% of an employee's unpaid net pay owed, with a weekly cap of $1,000.

  1. Log into the Swag app.
  2. Tap on the Money icon.

  3. Tap on Income along the top bar.

  4. Tap earned pay access.

  5. Select Get earned pay access.

  6. Enter the amount you want to access, then tap Next.

Important:

Earned pay access can be paid into any nominated account you have listed on your HR web platform or directly into your Swag Spend Account.

  1. Select the account that you would like to receive your Earned Wage Access Now funds, then tap Next.

  2. Review the details to ensure that they are correct, then tap Confirm.

See your earned pay access history

How do I see my earned pay access order history?
  1. Log into the Swag app.
  2. Tap on the Money icon.

  4. Tap earned pay access .

  6. Here you will see your previous earned pay access transactions listed.
