You may see both names used on this website while we change the name in the app and online.Earned wage access (often shortened to EWA) is a process by which employees, at the expense of a small percentage of their salary, can access their accrued wages before their assigned payday.

How do I set up earned wage access?
Welcome to our interactive walkthrough! You just need to click through the below screenshot gallery for a simple, step-by-step guide on how to set up EWA.
- Log in to the Swag app.
- Tap the Money icon.
- Tap on Income along the top bar.
- Tap earned wage access.
- Select Get earned wage access.
- Enter the amount you want to access, then tap Next.
Important:
Earned wage access can be paid in to any nominated account you have listed on your HR platform or directly in to your Swag Spend Account.
- Select which account you would like to receive your Earned Wage Access Now funds, then tap Next.
- Review the details to ensure they're correct, then tap Confirm.
How do I see my earned wage access history?
- Log in to the Swag app.
- Tap the Money icon.
- Tap Income.
- Tap earned wage access.
- Tap on earned wage access History.
- You will now see listed your previous earned wage access transactions.
