Why can I not see the Swag Spend Account? | FAQ - Money

If you are eligible for a Swag Spend Account account but not able to see it in your Swag app, this is likely due to not having a country selected in your saved address in My Profile. To rectify this, follow the below instructions.

How to add country into My Profile
  1. Log into the Swag app.
  2. Tap on Work.

  3. Tap on your profile picture/initials in the top right-hand side of the screen.

  4. Tap My Profile.

  5. Tap Personal Details.

  6. Tap Edit.

  7. Add the following details:
    • Address Country (required field).

  8. Once you have added these details, tap Save.
