How to use the Cashback feature | Benefits

You will first need to enrol a card in order to be able to receive your cashback.

1. Open the Swag app.
2. Tap on Benefits.
   
3. Tap on Settings.
   
4. Tap on Manage Enrolled Cards.
5. Tap on Add Card
   
6. Enter the card details you would like to enrol for Cashbacks:

• Card number
• Expiry date
• Bank provider

Tap Add to save the new card.

1. Shop at the retailer in-store.
2. Pay for your purchase with any Cashback-enrolled card.
3. View your pending transaction and Cashback on your Benefits home screen in the Swag app. 
4. We'll slip your Cashback into your Swag Spend account.

1. Open the Swag app.
2. Tap on the Benefits icon.
   
3. Tap the Cashback tab.
   

4. Tap on Online Offers.
5. Tap on the online store from which you wish to make a purchase.
   
6. You can read the retailer's terms and conditions, and how the offer works here. Tap Shop now.
   
7. You will be redirected to the retailer's online store. Complete your online purchase as normal on the retailer website.
   

1. Open the Swag app. 
2. Tap on Benefits.
   
3. Tap on Cashback.
   
4. Tap on Lifetime cashback.
   
5. Here you will see your lifetime Cashback savings, any pending Cashback savings, confirmed Cashback savings and your Cashback transaction history.
   

For purchases made in-store, you should see your Cashback immediately. Purchases made online via the Swag app may take 30-90 days before the Cashback is deposited into your Swag Spend account. This Cashback waiting period will be confirmed on your selected vendor's terms and conditions. You can check the status of a Cashback at any time in the Swag app under the Benefits tab.
