Career provides currently employed users of the Swag app the opportunity to browse and apply for roles within your organisation if your employer is connected to an HRIS platform, from the comfort of your mobile device.

If your employer is not connected to an HRIS platform, you will not have access to the Career feature at this time.
Apply for a job in your organisation
Apply for a job listing
- Open the Swag app.
- Tap on the Career icon.
- Make sure Job Search is selected at the top of the page.
- Search by job title and or City or country
- You can select to Filter your results by the following:
- Country
- Team
- Work Type
- Select a job title.
- Tap Quick Apply.
- Provide a motivation, upload your C.V and tap Submit application.
Your application will then be sent.
Save a job listing
- Open the Swag app.
- Tap on the Career icon.
- Tap Job Search at the top of the page.
- Search by job title and/or city and country.
- Select a job title to view.
- Tap the bookmark icon to save the job.
Let's look at your profile overview
You can access your Personal Details, Employment History, Uploaded Documents, HR Documents and your internal job applications, all from the Swag app.
View my applied job applications
- Open the Swag app.
- Tap on the Career icon.
- Tap Applications at the top of the page.
- The following page will display any jobs you have applied for, when you applied for the job and the current status of the application.
View my saved job listings
- Open the Swag app.
- Tap on the Career icon.
- Tap Saved Jobs at the top of the page.
- Your saved or bookmarked jobs will appear in this tab.
Unsave a job listing
- Open the Swag app.
- Tap on the Career icon.
- Tap Saved Jobs at the top of the page.
- Locate the saved job listing you wish to unsave.
- Tap the bookmark icon to remove it from the list of saved jobs.
Withdraw my job application
- Open the Swag app.
- Tap on the Career icon.
- Tap on Applications.
- Navigate to the application you would like to withdraw from and tap on the bin icon.
- Tap Confirm to withdraw your application.
