Why can I not activate my Swag Spend Visa debit card?

What happens when I use my Swag Spend Account card with an overseas merchant?
When you make purchases with your Swag Spend Account card online or in-store with overseas merchants, your account will be debited in AUD as it is an AUD-only account. At the point of sale, Swag will convert the AUD to its equivalent currency. The benefits of using your debit card for overseas purchases are:
- We do not charge an international transaction processing fee, but please note some merchants may charge a fee.
- Swag passes on the exchange rates it receives from Visa and does not add a margin like many of our competitors, so you get a better exchange rate.

Why has my Swag Spend Visa debit card not arrived?
Your new Swag Spend Visa debit card can take 7-10 business days to arrive at your nominated address. If you still haven't received your card in the mail after this period, you can contact the Swag Spend Account Help team via this link.

Where is my Swag Spend Account card accepted?
Your Swag Spend Account card is a Visa debit card, so is accepted anywhere worldwide that Visa is accepted.
How can I reset my card PIN?
- In your Swag app, tap Money.
- Tap on Cards.
- Click on Damaged, lost, or stolen card.
- Log in or enter your passcode.
- Click on Reset card PIN.
- Log in or enter your passcode.
- Enter your new PIN.
- Re-enter your new PIN to confirm.

Can I withdraw cash from my Swag Spend account when I make a purchase?
You can withdraw cash from an ATM with your Swag Spend account Visa debit card, but at this stage, point of sale (POS) withdrawals are not supported.
