Forgetting a password may be a common occurrence and can be frustrating when we cannot access online accounts. Using the Magic Link will bypass your need to log in with your password, then once you are in your account, you can reset your password if necessary.
Receive a magic link to log in
Enter your email address and tap the Send me a Magic Link button.
Open your email account and tap the Log in to Swag button.
Enter a new 6-digit password code.
Re-enter the 6-digit password code.
Important
The magic link login will help you log in as a once-off only. To change your password, once you are in your Swag account, tap on My Account (your profile picture on the top right-hand side), then Security, then Change Account Password.
