Create, manage and maintain your candidate profile | Career

This will show you how to sign up for Career from the Swag Career site.

1. Head to the Swag Career site and click Sign Up. 
   
2. Enter your details, such as your first and last name, email address, location, password, and consent to the Swag Terms & Conditions. 
3. Once finished, click Register.
   
4. Your account has breen created. You will receive notice that a confirmation email has been sent to you.
5. You will be taken to a landing page. Toggle on SmartMatch - find great opportunities for me.
6. Click Set up SmartMatch to proceed.
   
7. Upload your CV to pre-populate details in your Swag profile.
8. Review your uploaded personal details, and click Continue.
9. Go to your email account and locate the confirmation email.
10. Click Verify your account. If your account has not been verified yet, you will not be able to:
    • Share your profile with the public
    • Download your profile
    • Express an interest in roles that are not available yet
    • Log in to other Swag sections

    Warning

    You have 72 hours to verify your account. If your account is not verified within that window, you will be locked out. All actions will be disabled for you, except for the following:

    • Logging in
    • Requesting a password reset
    • Viewing the home page
    • Searching for jobs
11. If you cannot find the confirmation email, click Resend at the top of any page in Swag. Then, go back to Step 9.
    

1. Click on your name in the top right corner and click on Profile.
   
   Here you can manage your personal details, education, experience, summary, certifications & licences, and work place eligibility. You can also upload your Resume/CV.
2. Click the   plus button to any of the areas to edit or add information to that field.
   
3. In Experience, click on Sync to syncronise your employment information from your HR software to your Swag Jobs profile.
   

   Helpful Hint

   If you click on Sync, your work history with your current company will auto-populate and you will receive a verified badge on your profile. This can help add credibility to your profile, helping you stand out from other candidates.

4. Click or drag the required documents onto the Upload tile. 
5. Click the Save button.
   

We have implemented GPT Turbo 3.5 with text-curie-001 to help generate the personal and experience fields to facilitate well-written summaries, saving you both time and effort. 

1. Open the Swag Jobs webpage.
2. Log in.
   
3. Click on your email address in the top right corner.
   
4. Click on Profile.
   
5. Here you can see your professional profile. You can use AI-assist to help fill out the personal and experience fields. 
6. Click on the red plus sign to add text to your profile fields.
   
7. Click on the yellow magic wand icon to generate text.
   
8. You can keep clicking the magic wand icon until you receive the AI-assisted text that you are most happy to use in your profile.
9. Click Save.

1. Log into the Swag app.
2. Tap on the Career icon.
   
3. Scroll across the top bar and tap on My Resume.
   
4. At the top of the screen you will see the Make your profile public toggle. Tap on the toggle.
   
5. Read the terms, then tap Proceed.
   
6. A banner will appear at the top of the screen to confirm that your Swag Career profile is now public.
   

1. Sign in to your Swag Career profile.
2. Click on your name in the top right corner and click on Profile.
   
3. Click the Choose PDF design button.
4. Choose your PDf design option, then click Download.
5. Click Save.

1. Open Swag Career webpage.
2. Log in.
3. Click on your name in the top right corner and click on Profile.
   
4. Click the module you wish to edit.
5. Click the   icon next to the item you wish to edit.
   
6. Make the required changes and click the Save button.
   

1. Login to your Swag Career Website profile
   
2. Click the module you wish to delete information from.
3. Click on the   next to the certificate you wish to delete.
4. Click the Delete button.
