If you suspect that your card has been lost, stolen or compromised, you can stop your card through your Swag app.
Important
If you have lost both your Swag card and your phone to access the Swag app, put in a card cancellation request here.
Stop your Swag Spend account card
- Log into the Swag app.
- Tap on the Money icon.
- Tap on Card along the top bar.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the Card is enabled slider, and toggle the switch to the left. This will automatically disable contactless payments, and payments at terminals.
- Tap on Damaged, lost or stolen card.
- Enter your Face ID (iOS devices) or Fingerprint (Android devices).
- Tap Cancel and order a card.
- Confirm or update the mailing address.
- Tap Order card.

Enter your new 4-digit PIN.

Repeat your new 4-digit PIN.
- Swag will advise when your PIN has been updated. Tap Done to return to the Money home screen.
- Your new card will then be delivered to your address within 7 - 10 working days.
Important
You can use your digital card in your account straight away.
