What to do if you are locked out of your Swag account? | FAQ

If you try to enter an incorrect password into your Swag account more than 5 times, you will automatically be locked out of your Swag account for security purposes.

Swag will notify you that you have 1 more attempt at logging before locking your account, after which you will need to access your email to be able to unlock your account.
