Why am I receiving emails from Swag Jobs? | Career

System-level emails are automatic emails that are sent to a user when an action is required on their part to move a recruitment process forward.

It is not possible to disable some system-level email notifications. See below some common system-level emails you may receive.

Job application confirmation
Once you have submitted your job application directly in Career or on another job board, we send your application directly to the hiring manager. To track your application and manage your job application, we encourage you to create an account.
Your job application status has changed

We sent you this update when the employer has viewed your application, so you know exactly where your application is at.*

* -  The employer may select to not send you emails for each step progressed. An instance where this can occur is if they have some minor steps in their progression that do not require a notification.

You have a new message We offer candidates and hiring managers the ability to send direct messages throughout the application process via our mobile app. Don’t worry, if you don’t have our mobile app installed, you can still get messages sent to you via email.

 

  Can I unsubscribe from these emails?  

Service emails are important information about your job application, and as such you cannot unsubscribe from these types of messages. If you would like to withdraw your application or delete your account, you will no longer receive further service emails.
