We have made the application process easier for both the prospective employee and the recruiter by letting you add your work experiences to your Swag Jobs profile. You can also use this feature to edit and delete any of the experiences you add to your profile.
Getting started
Add experience
- Login into your Swag Jobs account.
- Click the dropdown beside your email.
- Click the Profile menu.
- Click the button in the Experiences section.
- Complete the following fields:
- Job title
- Company.
- Start date.
- End date.
- Industry.
- Still in this role.
- Summary.
- Click the Save button.
Add experience: via uploading CV
- Login into your Swag Jobs account.
- Click the dropdown beside your email.
- Click the Profile menu.
- Click the upload button.
- Click the box.
- Choose the file you want to upload.
- Click the Parse button.
- Click the Populate button.
Editing data
Edit experience
- Login into your Swag Jobs account.
- Click the Profile menu.
- Click the button next to the experience you wish to edit.
- Click the Save button.
Data management
Syncing your experience
- Login into your Swag Jobs account.
- Click the Profile menu.
- Click the Sync button.
- Click the Confirm button.
Removing data
Delete experience
- Login into your Swag Jobs account.
- Click the Profile menu.
- Click the button next to the experience you wish to delete.
- Click the Delete button.
