Will my employees get job offers from other companies on the Swag app?
No, only internal jobs will be shown in Career for employees.
If I am hiring, can I see profiles of people not connected to my company?
No, in Q2 we will recommend candidates for roles, but this will be in our ATS (your HR software's website), not the Swag app.
I have hired a new employee. Can they still see other job boards once they are hired by our company?
No, once they become an employee of your company, they will only see internal roles in the Career section of the Swag app.
