How do I upload a certificate or document?

The Certification feature in Swag allows you to upload a certificate your company requires. You can also use this feature to view all your uploaded certificates and the status of each submission.

  1. Log into the Swag app. 
  2. Tap on the Work icon.
  3. Along the top bar, scroll across to tap on Certifications.

  4. Tap on your desired certification to add.
  5. Tap on Edit.

  6. Add your issue date. 
  7. Add any driving offences/accidents/cancellations information.
  8. Tap the plus sign next to Supporting Documentation to upload a photo or file format of any relevant copy of your certification or supporting document.
  9. Tap Save.

How to see your uploaded certificates

How do I see the certificates I have uploaded?
  1. Log into the Swag app. 
  2. Tap on the Work icon.
  3. Along the top bar, scroll across to tap on Certifications.

  4. Here you can see your certifications that require action, or that are in review.

How to see your uploaded documents

You can use the Uploaded Documents mobile app feature to view information on your allocated files, such as team meeting notes, project scoping documents, and role-specific process flow charts.

How do I see the documents I have uploaded?

Important

You can view PDF, DOC, DOCX, PNG, JPEG and CSV uploaded files via the mobile app.

  1. Log into the Swag app.
  2. Tap on the Work icon.
  3. Tap Uploaded Documents along the top bar.

  4. Here you will see any uploaded documents that you have previously uploaded to your HRIS software.

Helpful Hint

You are only able to view your previously uploaded documents in Work. If you want to upload documents, you need to do this on your company's HRIS website.
