Why can't I access Payslips? | Work - Payroll-only


Your employer manages access to this feature. If you cannot submit, view or access this feature in your app, contact your employer to check if this is a feature they are using.

If they are, and you still cannot access your payslips, check the following:

  • Your app is up to date
  • Sign out and in again
  • Uninstall and reinstall your app.
