If you are an individual who is currently employed and looking for a new role within your organisation, then this section applies to you.

Refer a friend or share a job opportunity with someone who you believe would excel in your workplace and would benefit from a new job opportunity. Referring them to your employer can be a win-win situation for both you and your friend. Not only can you help your friend secure a new job, but you can also contribute to your company's talent acquisition efforts.

Refer a friend for a job opportunity within your organisation

Open the Swag app.
Tap the Career tab.
Tap Job Search at the top of the page.
Search by job title and or city or country
You can select to Filter results based on what or where you think may be an ideal job for a friend by selecting the following:

Country
Team
Work Type

Select the job title.
Tap Refer a Friend.
Complete the details required and check the Consent box.
Tap Send referral.

Share a job opportunity

Open the Swag app.
Tap the Career tab.
Make sure Job Search is selected at the top of the page.
Search by job title and or city or country
You can select to Filter results based on the type of job opportunity you want to share by the following:

Country
Team
Work Type

Select the job title.
Tap on the Share icon.
Select your preferred method for sharing the job opportunity.

Copy link - Copy the link and paste it in your preferred choice of communication.
Twitter - Share the job opportunity by posting it in your Twitter feed, or in a Twitter Circle.
Facebook - Share the job opportunity to your Facebook feed, on a friends timeline or in a group.
LinkedIn - Share the job opportunity to your LinkedIn feed.
