Why can't I access expenses? | Work - Payroll-only

Your employer manages access to expenses. If you cannot submit expenses in your app, contact your employer to check if this is a feature they are using.

If they are, and you still cannot access expenses, check the following:

  • Your app is up to date;
  • Sign out and in again; and
  • Uninstall and reinstall your app.
