Why I can't access Timesheets? | Work - Payroll-only | FAQ

Access to timesheets is driven by your employment settings in your company's payroll platform. If you believe you should have access to timesheets and you do not, please contact your systems administrator to ensure they have set you up with the access required. 

If your systems administrator confirms that they have set you up with this access and you still cannot access timesheets, try the following:

  • Restart your Swag app
  • Check for updates in the Apple store or Google Play store
  • Sign out and back in
  • Uninstall and then reinstall the Swag app.
