What timesheet actions can I complete as an employee using the Swag app? | Work

Below is a list of actions that you can perform through the Swag app depending on how your employer has set up your standard hours.

Start and end times based on daily entries
As an employee you will be able to perform the following functions from the Swag app:
  • View a timesheet
  • Submit a timesheet
  • Edit a timesheet
Daily hours based on daily entries
As an employee you will be able to perform the following functions from the Swag app:
  • View a timesheet
  • Submit a timesheet
  • Edit a timesheet
Daily hours based on weekly entries
As an employee you do not have access too and cannot perform the following functions from the Swag app. You will need to login to your HRIS connection to complete the applicable action.
  • View a timesheet
  • Submit a timesheet
  • Edit a timesheet
Start and end times based on weekly entries
As an employee you will be able to perform the following functions from the Swag app:
  • View a timesheet
  • Submit a timesheet
  • Edit a timesheet
Add a timesheet for advance hours
You will be able to add timesheets for hours in the future that you have not yet worked.
