Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security by asking for both your password and a code sent to your phone. You must have 2FA turned on and verified within the last 24 hours to view financial information on Swag.
2FA is now required for viewing:

How to set up 2FA
First time logging in
- Enter your email address and password and tap the Log In button.
- lf you have 2-factor authentication turned on, enter your code into the Code field.
- Choose whether to select the Remember this Device for 45 Days tick box.
- Tap the Verify button.
- Enter your log-in passcode.
- Re-enter your log-in passcode.
Turn on 2FA using an authenticator app
- Log into the Swag app.
- Tap on your profile picture or initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Tap on Settings.
- Tap on Security.
- Tap Two-Factor Authentication.
- Tap Through an authentication app.

Copy the Key and add this to your chosen Authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator, following their instructions.
- Once the key has been added, you will get a code that changes regularly. Type the code you see into Swag to confirm the Authenticator app is set up correctly.
- You will now see On written next to two-factor authentication.
- You can use one form of 2FA or add another by following the instructions in the How do I turn on 2FA using SMS? section.
Turn on 2FA using SMS
- Log into the Swag app.
- Tap on your profile picture or initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Tap on Settings.
- Tap on Security.
- Tap Two-Factor Authentication.
- Tap SMS Authentication.
- Enter your country and phone number. Click Continue.
- Enter the code you receive via SMS.
- You will now see On written next to two-factor authentication.
- You can use one form of 2FA or add another by following the instructions in the How do I turn on 2FA using SMS? section.
Enable biometric log in
- Log into Swag.
- Tap on your profile picture or initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Tap on Settings.
- Tap on Security.
- Tap the Face ID (for iOS users) or Fingerprint (for Android users) toggle switch. The toggle must be switched to the right to be turned on.
- Enter your passcode.
- You will receive a notification that your biometric log-in has been turned on.
Log in with another email
- Tap the Log in with a Different Account button.
- Enter the email address and password and tap the Log In button.
- lf you have 2-factor authenticator turned on, enter your code into the Code field.
- Choose whether to select the Remember this Device for 45 Days tick box.
- Tap the Verify button.
- Enter your log-in passcode.
- Re-enter your log-in passcode.
Resetting your password
Reset your Swag password
- Open the Swag app.
- Tap on Reset Password.
- Tap on the WorkZone button.
Helpful Hint
If you are not sure what type of account you have, tap on What is my account type? at the bottom of the screen to read an explanation.
- This will open a browser within Swag to enter your email address. Once you have entered your email address and completed the reCAPTCHA, tap on Recover Password.
- A reset password link will be sent to your registered email address. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the reset of your password.
How to disable the biometric login
Log out of the Swag app
- Log into Swag.
- Tap on your profile picture or initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Tap the Log Out button at the bottom of the screen.Â
Disable biometric log in
- Log into the mobile application.
- Tap on your profile picture or initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Tap on Settings.
- Tap on Security.
- Tap the Face ID (for iOS users) or Fingerprint (for Android users) toggle switch. The toggle must be switched to the left to be turned off.
- Enter your passcode.
- You will receive a notification that your biometric log-in has been turned off.
