Apply for a job for internal candidates via Career

In Swag's Career section, you can create a talent profile to update your resume, credentials, and certifications. This allows you to easily share these with prospective employers. Additionally, you can explore exciting job opportunities and communicate directly with hiring managers using Swag's user-friendly messaging platform.

Important

You need to set up your Career profile on the Swag Career website before downloading the application. Once you have created your Career profile, you can manage and apply for roles through the Swag app.

Apply for a job in Career for internal candidates

Important

If you are an individual who is currently employed and looking for a new role within your organisation, then this section applies to you. If you are looking for a new role outside of your current organisation, then see this article.

  1. Open the Swag app.
  2. Tap on Career.

  3. Make sure Job Search is selected at the top of the page.

  4. Search by job title and or City or country
  5. You can select to Filter your results by the following:
  • Country
  • Industry
  • Work Type
  1. Select a job title.
  2. Tap Apply now.
  • Complete the required details, check the Privacy Policy consent and tap Submit application.
  • Your application will then be sent to the hiring manager within your organisation.
Update your criteria and apply for a job in Career with SmartMatch

Important

SmartMatch will recommend jobs based on your job title, location, skills, salary, job type and work experience. You will only be recommended roles if you are a job seeker, and not if you are currently employed.

    1. Open the Swag app.
    2. Tap on Career.
    3. Tap on SmartMatch at the top of the page.

    4. Tap Update match criteria.

    6. Any jobs that you have been recommended via SmartMatch will now appear in the SmartMatch tab.

Helpful Hint

If you see a heart icon in the bottom right-hand side of the job post, that means that the recruiter has saved you for as a good match.
