In Swag's Career section, you can create a talent profile to update your resume, credentials, and certifications. This allows you to easily share these with prospective employers. Additionally, you can explore exciting job opportunities and communicate directly with hiring managers using Swag's user-friendly messaging platform.
Important
You need to set up your Career profile on the Swag Career website before downloading the application. Once you have created your Career profile, you can manage and apply for roles through the Swag app.
Important
If you are an individual who is not currently employed, or if you are looking for a new role at a different organisation, then this section applies to you.
- Open the Swag app.
- Tap on Career.
- Scroll across the top bar to tap on My Resume. Ensure that you upload a resume and cover letter, as well as optionally adding your education, experience and certifications and licences into your Career profile.
Important
You will need to have uploaded your resume to My Resume before you can apply for any roles in Career.
- Make sure Job Search is selected at the top of the page.
- Search by job title, or city and country.
- You can select to filter your results by the following:
- Country
- Industry
- Work Type.
- Select a job title.
- Tap Apply now.
- Complete the required details, check the Privacy Policy consent and tap Submit application.
- Your application will then be sent to the employer. Good luck!

If you are an individual who is currently employed and looking for a new role within your organisation, then this section applies to you.
- Open the Swag app.
- Tap on Career.
- Make sure Job Search is selected at the top of the page.
- Search by job title and or City or country
- You can select to Filter your results by the following:
- Country
- Industry
- Work Type
- Select a job title.
- Tap Apply now.
- Complete the required details, check the Privacy Policy consent and tap Submit application.
- Your application will then be sent to the hiring manager within your organisation.
Important
SmartMatch will recommend jobs based on your job title, location, skills, salary, job type and work experience. You will only be recommended roles if you are a job seeker, and not if you are currently employed.
- Open the Swag app.
- Tap on Career.
- Tap on SmartMatch at the top of the page.
- Tap Update match criteria.
- Update your job search preferences.
- Any jobs that you have been recommended via SmartMatch will now appear in the SmartMatch tab.
