Why am I not receiving emails from Swag?

If you are not receiving emails from Swag, check the following:

1. Double-check the email address you used to sign up for Swag. Ensure that when you are typing in your email address, that you do not add any spaces at the end of the email. This is a common reason for email failures. 
2. Check your email's spam or promotions filter, as Swag emails may be getting caught in your email filters. 
3. Refresh your email inbox in case there is a delay.
4. If you have used the Swag app, then you might receive Swag notifications instead of emails.
5. You may have turned off notifications or emails for this specific action in your settings.
6. There may not be an email notification for this specific action.
7. You may be expecting to receive an email at the wrong email address (e.g. you may be expecting to receive Swag emails to your work email, however, had signed up to Swag with your personal email and vice versa).
