You can manage your password and turn on 2 Factor-Authentication (2FA) for added security within the Swag app.
Important
2FA helps protect your Swag account from unauthorised access and keeps your personal information safe. You may need to set up 2FA in order to view sensitive data, such as pay information.

Reset your password
How do I reset my password?
- Open the Swag app.
- Tap on Reset Password.
- Tap on the HRIS/Swag Jobs button.
Helpful Hint
If you are not sure what type of account you have, tap on What is my account type? at the bottom of the screen to read an explanation.
- This will open a browser within Swag to enter your email address. Once you have entered your email address and completed the reCAPTCHA, tap on Request Link.
- A reset password link will be sent to your registered email address. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the reset of your password.
Turn on 2FA
How do I turn on 2FA?
- Log into the Swag app.
- Tap on your profile picture or initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Tap on Settings.
- Tap on Security.
- Tap the Face ID (for iOS users) or Fingerprint (for Android users) toggle switch. The toggle must be switched to the right to be turned on.
- Enter your passcode.
- You will receive a notification that your biometric log in has been turned on.
Turn off 2FA
How do I turn off 2FA?
- Log into Swag.

- Tap on Settings.
- Tap on Security.

Log in and out
How do I log in for the first time?
- Open your Swag app.
- Enter your email address.
- Add your password and tap the Log In button.
- If you have 2-factor authentication turned on, enter your code into the Code field.
- Choose whether to select the Remember this Device for 45 Days tick box.
- Tap the Verify button.
- Enter your passcode.
- Re-enter your passcode.
- Once you have logged in, you will be shown the Swag home screen.
How do I log out?
- Log into the Swag app.
- Tap on your profile picture or initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Tap the Log Out button at the bottom of the screen.
Log in with another Swag account
- Log into your Swag app.
- Tap on your profile picture or initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Tap the Add Account button.
- Enter the email address and password and tap the Log In button.
- If you have 2-factor authentication turned on, enter your code into the Code field.
- Choose whether to select the Remember this Device for 45 Days tick box.
- Tap the Verify button.
- Enter your Swag passcode.
- Re-enter your passcode.
