The one-on-one (1:1) reporting feature allows you to view and complete the talking points in your 1:1 sessions. You will also be able to add new talking points, add shared notes, and add attachments for a record of your 1:1 session.
Access your 1:1 sessions
View your 1:1 sessions
- Log into the Swag app.
- Tap on the Work icon.
- Across the top bar, tap on the 1:1 option.
- Here you will see the next scheduled 1:1 between you and your manager.
Add talking points to your 1:1 sessions
- Log into the Swag app.
- Tap on the Work icon.
- Across the top bar, tap on the 1:1 option.
- Here you will see the next scheduled 1:1 between you and your manager.
- Tap on the 1:1 that you want to add talking points to.
- Tap on the Add talking point button.
- Fill in the talking point field.
- Tap Save.
Add shared notes to your 1:1 sessions
- Log into the Swag app.
- Tap on the Work icon.
- Across the top bar, tap on the 1:1 option.
- Here you will see the next scheduled 1:1 between you and your manager.
- Tap on the 1:1 that you want to add talking points to.
- Scroll to the bottom of the talking points to see Shared notes.
- Add your shared notes in the text field.
- Tap Save.
Add an attachment to your 1:1 sessions
- Log into the Swag app.
- Tap on the Work icon.
- Across the top bar, tap on the 1:1 option.
- Here you will see the next scheduled 1:1 between you and your manager.
- Scroll to the bottom of the talking points to see + Add attachment.
- Select a file from the Select a file pop up. You can:
- Take photo
- Select photo
- Select file
- Select your file and this will attach automatically to your 1:1 session.
